The Gladiolas Hotel/Apartment it is located above a restuarant which causes alot of Heat and humidity. Day one the door to the apartment wouldn't open due to top lock malfunctions. So when I contacted the hotel they said they would call me back. At 9am is when I recieved a phone call saying that they fixed the lock so from 4am- 9am on 7/8 me and my family had to sit in McDonalds waiting to get into the apartment. Second day in the evening we found a water bug in the kitchen 3 of them to be exact, 1 in the trash can and 2 under the cabinet my 6 yr old came running from the kitchen to the bed room and he busted his nose on the floor because he saw a waterbug (I have pictures of the bugs and my sons face.). The cleaning guy (Miguel, nice guy) was aware of the issue ad advised he was trying his best to control the situation. I allowed him full access to the apartment and I didn't go back until after 11pm. That night I found a dead waterbug in the bedroom, Later on that evening I found another water bug in the bathroom sink which left droppings on the sink. The following morning I complained again. When speaking to the maintenance worker he spoke as if he know that the building had bug problems. I told him I was not happy and I was going to ask for a refund. I then gave him access to the apartment for the second time and arrived back well after midnight. He said he infumegeted the apartment. I will NEVER stay there ever again!
